Welcome to Petal Twist. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Petal Twist.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information about shopping with us.

Hair styling results vary depending on hair type, technique, and the settings used. Styling images are examples, not a guarantee of individual results. This does not affect your right to receive a product that matches its description.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If the order is canceled, we will refund any payment collected.

4. Orders and cancellations

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a payment issue, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for canceled items.

To request a cancellation or address change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun. Eligible purchases may still be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and delivery

Available shipping destinations, charges, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.

If your order is missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

6. Returns and refunds

We offer return requests within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping for eligible U.S. returns, according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories. These conditions do not exclude claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

7. Product use and care

Read and follow all instructions and safety warnings supplied with your Petal Twist curling iron.

Use the product only for its intended purpose and with an electrical supply that matches the rating on the device. Keep it away from water, avoid contact with heated surfaces, and unplug it after use. Stop using it if the cord or device is damaged or if it malfunctions.

These instructions do not limit our responsibility for defective products or any rights you have under applicable law.

8. Website content

Our website’s branding, text, graphics, and other content belong to Petal Twist or their respective owners or licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying or use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

9. Privacy and third-party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify and uses service providers to support functions such as payments and delivery. Your purchase is with Petal Twist. The involvement of these providers does not remove our obligations to you.
